Legionnaires bacteria can cause a range of diseases and has the potential to be fatal.  Legionella is a potential risk for all water systems.

The HSEApproved Code of Practice (ACOP L8)requires a written legionella risk assessment for all commercial buildings with a water supply and employing 5 or more people.
